How do I change my password?

You must first log on to your ArticleActive account. Next select “My Profile” that appears on the left. Then select “Edit” and then “Update Your Profile.” Select the tab “Contact Info.” Here is where you enter your new password. When you are finished, select “Update” at the bottom of the screen.

How long does it take to have an article approved?
Submissions are generally reviewed within 1-3 business days of submission, depending on incoming volume of submissions. If your article has not been approved after 3 business days, you can contact us.

How do I edit an article after submission?
To edit an existing article, log in to your account and then navigate to "My Articles" using the link to the left. Once in the correct area, click on the title of the article you want to edit. After you are finished editing, select "Save."

Note: If you are editing an article that has already been approved and is live, the article will go into our 'Re-Approval Queue' and will not be publicly viewable until it has been re-approved. Re-approvals normally take 4-48 hours to be reviewed.

Where can I find a list of all the articles I wrote?

You must first log on to your ArticleActive account. Then under your name in the user menu, select “My Articles.” Here you will see a list of all the articles you wrote and you can edit them as well. A list of your articles also appears in your profile.

How do I submit an article that has graphs/images/pictures?
Sorry, we do not allow or accept images of any type in any articles at this time. If you want to visually show something in an article, we recommend you include a link to the picture which would be on your website with some text along the lines of "To view this graph/picture/image, click here."

If you go this route though just make sure to not go over the limit of three active self-serving links in your article.

I found one of my articles reprinted without proper credit or links, what do I do?
The first course of action we recommend is that you contact the owner/webmaster of the site and ask them to fix the oversight.

If after you contact them and no action has been taken within 48 hours, contact the site's ISP/WebHost and ask them to enforce their Acceptable Use Policy.
