That includes information such as business cards, medical cards, or just about any type of document. The scanner, however, is inconvenient to use in regards to one factor – you have to flip over an ID or document to make copies of the other side. Like its name, the duplex scanner digitally scans and uploads data on both sides of an ID or document, simultaneously. Another great advantage of the duplex scanner is its ability to save on computer disk space. Instead of creating two separate files for each side of the document, only one file is created each and every time. That saves on time and convenience as well when you want to email a two-sided document or an ID to a fellow employee or business associate. You could in theory cut and paste two documents into one file, but why waste your time when you can have that two-sided document or ID uploaded into one file from the start.
